Tom Cunningham is an English photographer based in Melbourne Australia specialising in digital mixed media photographic art, with a passion for abstract expressionism.

Tom started his photographic journey in night school after graduating, where he was immersed in film photography. He is entirely self taught and over the past 20 years has maintained an active passion for photography, honing his skills and finding the photographic niche which drives his excitement for this medium.

The last few years he has combined his professional work with product and street photography while he has cultivated a portfolio of select art works featured on this website.

Inspiration comes in many forms including artists Mark Rothko, Keith Haring, Jackson Pollock and Ben Miller.

The art showcased in Tom’s portfolio is all designed to be featured in a larger format, embodied in the architectural rooms presented in his portfolio. It has been created to be enjoyed in a variety of spaces. Each piece has a limited print run, finished using specialist printing techniques, on archival paper, to add extra depth, texture and longevity to the artwork.
